Managed relationship between tenants and owner. Maintained lawns and landscapes for two properties. Col- lected rent from tenants. Helped to deal with tenant’s problems--plumbing, noise, cable, etc.

STUDENT BODY PRESIDENT, ST XAVIER HIGH SCHOOL — 2012-2013

Organized school wide events such as blood drive that donated over 80 units of blood, student dances, and pep rallies. Successful in effort to shorten the senior class school year by one week. Co-organizer of a fundraiser for fight against Leukemia that raised over $10,000. Part of an effort that has collected over 150,000 lbs of canned food for four years running.

VARSITY ROWER, CAPTAIN, CJRC — 2010-2014

4th Place at USRowing Youth National Championship in the Heavyweight Eight. 6th Place at USRowing Youth National Championship in the Lightweight Eight. Midwest Junior Rowing Champion. 34 Gold Medals. As Captain, helped organize regattas.
