|The Role of Polarized Protein Transport in Mid-Body Inheritance and Cancer Cell Invasion|
|Dr. Rytis Prekeris, Associate Professor in the Department of Cell &
Developmental Biology at the University of Colorado will be presenting the
Cancer Biology Seminar on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 12:00 Noon in the
Rieveschl Auditorium of the Vontz Center. Dr. Prekeris' research focuses on
the role of cell polarity during cell division, epithelial tissue
morphogenesis and cancer cell metastasis. The seminar is titled "The Role of
Polarized Protein Transport in Mid-Body Inheritance and Cancer Cell Invasion".
